Getting my bike Dyno'd today.

What about this?

that will work just check the dimensions out first, but it would defiantly give a lot better Air flow as long as it is an K&N there are lot of knock offs out there that do not flow as well

Maybe Geelong Carbon ( on the Gold Coast these days) could make one in carbonfibre .. they already make RIII parts. Be lightweight and probably no dearer than in alloy or stainless. Just a thought.

OK, here's the latest. Had to move the driving lights but not the indicators. As you can see, it's a close fit. The filter is a huge improvement and acceleration from 2500rpm is mind blowing. Even the exhaust note is deeper. Next I want to sit it in a bit further and fill in the gap with the top edge of a bear claw - I have one coming (thanks Anth).

Cobba mate, you were really onto something. The increase in power is quite remarkable and it sure is an attention grabber. Now for a decent exhaust header.........

Well mate, I have my doubts it would make much difference anyway. (I can hear the howls of derision as I type but I don't care). I can tell you it's running smoothly and freely right through the rev range with no feeling at all that there's any undue restrictions. Plenty good enough for me. Of course I'd be more than happy to give Reband a go if someone wanted to send me a set - and Pete's Perfect Storms will always be welcome here.

Here's a couple more pics (just because I have them).
