Getting my bike Dyno'd today.

Just dropped in to see how yawl going, finally found a bike to put the wind in my face as TC once put it..
Not an R3.. (I miss the R3 but no good here because of emission rules :() Oh! and you guys too lol..

Anyway its just a humble 1998 1500 Valkyrie F6 14500kms. The dealer is putting it thru' the test and fixing up a couple of small things ready in 2 weeks.. so it will get us out an about and be a handful in the narrow streets and in the traffic congestion around Tokyo city when we go.
Had a '99 Valkyrie. You will love it. Not as much brute force as the rocket but still powerful and very smooth. The Valkyrie forums are excellent also. Some of those guys have over 300k miles and still going. Engine seems to last forever with no issues.

I once had a GoldThing Aspincade SE, ex USA model for a few years so I expect this will be similar generally so it will be OK but I really did like my R3 but over here you can't use one like I did in Oz so the Valk should do us just fine.. I will have to look at the forums are there any good ones in particular that you know of?

Downsized all staff, my business partner retired at 76yo, sold office building now working from home - yeah the overheads are lower but have had to drop my fees to compete with everyone else dropping there fees to survive. I wish I had more riding time - I seem to be on the phone drumming up business etc...
Can only get better...
Anyway back to Richards claw etc!!!!

Good to hear from you Dennis, especially the news of your bike. Pretty cool choice in the circumstances I reckon.
