Scotty. I was told by the HD dealer that the part number you quoted now ends in a B and not an A. I think I will spend the extra cash and get one. I am getting a bit pissed off setting out for work earlier so that I have time to jump the f**ker.

From what i can remember the (A) and (B) donate which way round the posts on the battery are, take yours with you and make sure its the same size and the poss, and neg, are the right way round.
I will alter my previous post....
If you find what bike the Harley part No is for, you could go get one from another supplier to fit that model Harley, it would be cheaper than getting a genuine Harley one.
