Scary alright. First I started agreeing with Hanso (but still not very often, thankfully... ;)) and now I'm thinking like you . I got serious issues. :p

EXACTLY what I had in mind Richard.
That should scare ya a little bit,
knowing you're thinkin' like me..;)
The "triangle' will be upside down, but only a hardcore
triumph enthusiast would notice that, and I ain't telling...
I thought about putting it below the other two, but hey, it just wouldn't look right..
Form over function, right?;)

Now about them extra gauge cups you guys have laying around, that aren't being used.....

Whats even scarier is he lives only an 1 1/2 hours from me, but I got to admit know you Skip as I have gotten to over time I figured out straight away what you were wanting the cup for too. Scary yup! but at least I don't agree with Richard He still thinks a MC tyre is better:rolleyes:

i did but nay says it is a different number. i know the dials are different in functions but i reckon the cups are the same???????

I have a feeling the gauge cups are slightly wider on the roadster . Because on my 09 standard I was able to mount my GIpro between my gauges . Tight squeeze but it fit . But a mate of mine with a 2010 roadster said he couldn't get his to fit there so he clipped it to his brakeline cable .

What that we have an issue because we know you or.... Because we know each other!!!!

UPDATE!!!!

Triumph has now made the gauge cups available as a separate spare part. Albeit about $100 each it now means that roadster owners can replace damaged or scratched cups!!!!!

Yipee!!! now we can be happy! not sure of part number but I've ordered and paid for mine so in the next 3 weeks or so i'll be a happy camper.
