"Garage Sale"...?

Thought I would toss this out for feedback....
What would my fellow forum members think about setting up a date for a "Garage Sale" for Rocket parts or accessories that most of us have a few of strewn around our garages? If you have spare R3 parts that you want to sale or trade, they could be listed in the Classifieds section of this forum starting on a specific date so that all Captains would know when it started and could visit the "garage sale" online. I know parts can be listed at any time, but when I had another bike and frequented another forum, a similar "garage sale" or "swap meet" was held over a weekend and was a tremendous success.
Just an idea...I know I have a few things laying around that someone may find of use, just as I am sure there are some parts out there that I may be interested in.
 
I'm in. I have a few items that are either "take off" or purchased new and not put on.

Nothing says it can't be done. After one time we'll know if it 'shouldn't' be done. Have at it.

I'm with you Kiwi....maybe we should instigate something here.
 
How about the weekend of August 26, 27, 28th...that's a couple of weeks away and would give everyone time to figure out what they've got, how much they want for it, etc.

There really is no planning here, other than to make everyone aware so they can list items or shop the Classifieds on those dates for some good deals.

The best way for this to happen would be the for Administrator or Webmaster to send out an email to all forum Members (that's how it was done on the previous forum I spoke of)...anyone got an "in" with the Admin to see if he can make this happen?
 
GKiller, all you have to do is send a pm to the Webmaster and he will tell you what you need to know
