Rocket III rear same peg as Suzuki Volusa 800, Hayabusa, GSX 750, Honda 1800 etc too from memory.

I have posted all the splined adaptors before with some other brand model references.

Here are 18 pages of fitment make/model matches to the same rear Rocket III Roadster ABS shared with Suzukis, CanAMs, Hondasand many others.

@Ishrub , thanks for the tips. Since those are all cross compatible with the Rocket III, I suspect they are all around 24mm wide at the mounting end and too wide for the 21mm mount of the 2020+ Rocket 3. So I am trying to see if there are other brands that have a 20mm or smaller mount.

This may help (not the parts but the fitments) as the front tapered adaptors for Rocket III peg mounts are the same as the descriptions of other peg fitments for other makes/models below. This will expand your option list a lot but the actual foot lever angles and placements are another point to consider and not assured as the Triumph factory option footboards that @1olbull has fitted. I would experiment with 'cheap as chip's EMGO branded generic ones for about US$40 a pair, just to check

Ish, my mate!
You be a wealth of Rocket knowledge!
Two things:
#1 - I have put Standard boards on both of my Roadsters. I did it because my OEM pegs ground off at angle (35 - 45).
I found that the Standard model boards sat over 1" higher and provided more lean angle. They do eventually drag and grind down at the outside rear, but tis way more manageable than the pegs.
#2 - having hooned twisties with a good rider on a 2.5 Rocket, I found it NEVER touched down and I was dragging my boards until they ran out of bend just in order to keep up.
I also have drag marks on my engine cases (both sides). The 55 aspect rear ExedraMax solved this issue.
Bottom line is I wish my Roadster had the lean angle of a 2.5.

Yep and for all you Classic riders with footboards the Standard Accessory boards A9758085 that @1olbull is referring to, were more steeply angled and gave MUCH better clearance than Classic Footboards. They even suit ditching the heel/toe lever and goin direct with a Thunderbird one or any other to fit that shaft. Motone did a billet alloy folding version I have.

Ok, update on progress. I found that the Honda Goldwing GL1800 pegs for years 2001 - 2017 are close to the mount width of the Rocket. The Rocket peg mount opening is 21.3mm while the goldwing peg width is 21.8mm. So I shaved off about 1mm from the outer side of the Goldwing peg mount and it fit. Only caveat is the spring is not the right size to engage the peg as shown in the pictures below. This opens a bit of possibilities going forward, but will need a little patience and filing or sand belting to modify the pegs to fit.

I haven’t ridden with the wider pegs yet, but in honesty I don’t like the way they are on the forward peg. They are designed for a mid-mount so you can take advantage of the additional surface area to reduce foot fatigue. When I get around to mounting the mid-mount kit, I may try these pegs again. I only bought them to try this theory. Next step will be to get a pair of the GL1800 splined peg adapters from Kuryakyan and try a set of pegs from them that may bring me closer to what @1olbull and @Ishrub show above for the Roadster.
