World of Triumph, guys. They have literally the entire bikes available in their parts "fiches", you can easily compare across models even. Even if you don't buy from them.
They have the same part number (I suspect, their own internal part number since it doesn't look very Triumph-ey) for the drive shaft and final drive for all Rockets, including Touring. So I'm assuming the parts are the same.
Around $400 for the drive shaft, and 1350€ for the final drive unit (just about $1500).
Ok @Mittzy Thanks you this does shed some light on the subject that @Trirocket3 might also want to know and might further the investigation as to whether Triumph increase the size of the splines and thus the strength on the roadster's bevel box.
Myself I am almost totally convinced the only difference in the two boxes is the color of the paint !!!
Don't remember what my bevelbox/shaft came off, but it definately had less/larger splines than my 04 items
that is the only reason I changed it as it appeared stronger, nothing wrong with the originals.
Got the new drive shaft and Bevel box installed went for a 200 kilometer ride a man does it ever ride nice the old one must have been going for a while
