Bruce said,. Neville Lush told me when I was getting my pipes designed, not to expect any more than 165hp from a stock rocket. As that's about the best possible in his opinion and I think he would know. " What I actually said was 168 is the best I have ever got from a stock engine with exh and filters. So anything around 165 will be very good. I have not used a Bob Carpenter pipe on a stock engine , but have seen them on modified motors. Everyone is huing up on the top number, why is that?? No-one every uses the bike WOT for more than a few seconds, hardly ever. HOW THE BLOODY BIKE RUNS is way more important. Do some power tests at half throttle and see what happens, look at the power at 3000rpm etc etc If you are going to do an exact comparo, the bike needs to sit on the dyno and test all three on the same dyno after tuning all three ( or however many) pipes. Even then the look of it will sway 85% of owners, or a cool name for your part or a sticker. Be empirical and objective with the comparison , not emotive, then you would now which offers the best power. Then try and make it look cool and sell for $ 3.55

. I am glad I do not make exhausts, but it IS real hard to get a good performance exhaust made. Have a nice day folks
