Exhaust header torque specs

Does anyone know what the torque specs are for the exhaust header nuts in lb-ft?? I'm away from home and need them before I remount my exhaust
 
then take it for decent short run to get them nice and hot then re-torque them, if they are new exhaust gaskets this is important, also dosen't hurt to put a smear of Hi-Temp silicon on both sides of gasket and leave the bike overnight after the inital torquing before starting the bike up
