A few notes if you are gona buy it/Install it.
I would mock up the pipes when you are installing them, Dont tighten everything just yet. Also the brackets that go from passenger pegs, you will need a nut and bolt of maybe 3.4 inch. Put the on the pipe themselves first! I had everything installed and i had to remove a few things since it is easier to bolt the bracket to the pipe first! I thought i needed exhaust gasket but the fit is seamless! You dont need it, i went to my Triumph dealer for nothing haha. Dave does provide you with the one gasket you will need, the one from the headers to the cat bypass.
Wish list. I wish the pipe collar/bracket that Dave send would include the hardware also nuts and bolts. I ended up using the old ones. Lastly same for the rear bracket that mount between the pipe and the passenger pegs. I had to go source some hardware for it too.
Overall i am Extremely satisified with the product and the fabrication and the time it took to deliver it. That extra hardware would have made an awesome product, flawless! Love it!

No . Admittedly the Outlaws seem to be an easier like for like swap with both hangers included . Has anyone here fitted the shortys with the triangle cat delete box ? If so please post an under bike photo ?

Yours is the roadster I believe ? The Outlaws only fit the ABS roadster . The shortys fit the classic and standard and have a weird triangle box . This is the part that @Grumpy Ole Codger is having a problem with . I think ?

Yes definitely a simpler design . Thanks anyway tho and enjoy the window rattling . Have you done any intake mods ?

Just got a call from the delivery company, it is on the truck for delivery today. Old TORS and crossover are off, exhaust heat shields are painted, the misses and grand kids know not to bother me tonight after work. The weekend is looking good

If and when you do , coupled with a good tune , you will find the throttle response will be even snappier than it is now . Mine is more akin in throttle response to a 2 stroke mx bike !
