Does anyone have an "actual" Rocket III service manual?

I got my manual as part of the deal when I bought my R3T.
I ordered the latest version of the factory manual when I bought my R3R. Expensive at $100, but well worth it, imo. I did the same thing when I bought my Tiger 1050.

What is the date on the most recent manual? I've got '17 R3R and the manual I downloaded is listed as p/n 3851160 issue 1, 09,2007. Is this the right one?

Why don't you buy one -- such a good value in the long run -- they're still available at dealers, and on-line retailers such as Hermey's.

Cause if I already have one downloaded, why spent the dough on something I already have. Unless it's not the right one.

It will cover most of the roadster but will be missing things like the abs system and most likely some gauge stuff not present on the early bikes

This is the workshop manual I bought in 2015. It covers ALL Rocket III models:
T3851580 - Workshop Manual - Issue 1, November 2012
T3859999 - Ring Binder
