DAY MAKER HEADLIGHTS.

Anybody running this type of light from Harley Davidson on the Roadster? What I have read about the lights is that they are great but in corners they suck. Is this really a problem? Need some input from somebody that is using this set up. Would really like to know how well they work before spending 800.00 dollars. Have upgraded bulbs in stock headlights but need better lighting. Work the night shift and ride every night so better lighting is a must.

there is several guys using. i just put on one and it is great. the best $400 i have spent. once u get them on u can actualy adjust your lights.
i have not rode at night in corners but i did move the right one a little to the right to cover the shoulder.
where i live it is open range and i have black cows to deal with so for me it was a choise of not riding or buy a light.

OK did some homework. Part no 67700145 is no longer offered. Part no 6700261 is the current light but the connections are Delphi. Question is will the light still fit. Understand wiring will need modification but will the headlight itself still fit the Truimph housing. Need some help.

I have two Daymakers in a 2014 Roadster. They work great. They were installed by the previous owner, a member of this forum, Forklift. He did put them into the stock housing. Tight fit I belive ... as I recall he used some soft vise-type grips to hold it while he put things back together.

@1olbull has this light and it looks real good in my rear view mirror. He also knows a website that has them for about $320 each. FATBOY will be right along with a website for you
