If you're going to use it, then make sure you pronounce it correctly. You have, basically, two choices - "oo" as in "book", or as in "soon". For $63.99, what is your choice?
(No offense to any Scottish folk who may pronounce both those words the same. )
man, ya'll's weather sux.
Move to Oklahoma, this here is Gods country.
Had a freak snowstorm the other evening, lasted about 30 seconds as it blew through...
Just remember that when the good Lord isn't in such a loving mood he tosses deadly and destructive tornadoes at you Okies!
Moral of the story? You can run, but you cannot hide from Mother Nature's wrath!!!

@xhdskip
Surely you jest!?!?!
I have family that moved to Enid a few years ago from San Diego. After purchasing a nice home (at a very good rate!) - the VERY FIRST thing they did was buy a steel safety room in case of a BFN (the N is for'NADO - you can figure out the other two.)
Home safe, good weekend a lot of heavy rain yesterday and wind last night. Today we left Grafton in heavy rain, out to Ulmara across the ferry to Lawrence, Wiporee to Kyogle then up around Mt Lindsay where it finally stopped raining. A drink at Rathdowny pub then home. Stayed dry all weekend @CanberraR3 gloves scored a 10 for waterproof. Got hot wearing them on the last stint when it was dry.

When I choose to ride, it's the whole experience of wind, smells, freedom along with carving corners, the occasional grease of the wick is what I be after.
I do not ride out of necessity or commute to save a nickel. Rain sucks away that experience and replaces it with requisite care and caution for cages on the roadways and reduced friction.
When I must, the one thing that helps me deal with the rain is the comradery of other riders and friends in the same soup!
A DELICATE FLOWER not sook
Every spring a bunch of us all head over to Marthas Vineyard an island off the NewEngland coast for the day. It will be great to see blue skys warm weather and no snow again......
That looks like a pretty late Springtime run, Rick.
We got up to about 40 degrees today - our first day over the freezing mark in some time. Compared with the weather we've had for the last month or so it felt like it was more like 60 degrees!
A few Spring birds came out to stretch their legs and sing a few songs, but with -7 predicted as the low temp tomorrow night, that's just an all to brief tease of what's to come in another 4-6 weeks.
