Came back saying the package was too big to ship with their usual supplier.
Was going to be 150 Euros to ship it to Aus.

Would still have rather they emailed and asked if I wanted to pay the difference in postage than refund it.
Maybe add it as an option on their website for future purchases.

So register as a customer with the German Company that actually makes them, sells cheaper and will ship International. By signing up as a non EU Aussie buyer it should calculate a VAT free price before payment completion.
