I thought I shoulkd do the right thing and buy something locally when I wanted to go bigger for the filters, I went up the Road and I was Quoted $150each (best Price he could do for me) at the Local Repco dealer plus then he had to ad $5 each for frieght when I was thinking about the RX4040's K&N's, so that is $155 per filter I got them from the states for $170 plus $45 shipping for the Three of them yes that is $215.00 as opposed to $465.00 here.
I wonder why we buy from the states

Al , i bought my K&N filters off Flip on this site. Sells the five filters you need. A lot cheaper than buying them here mate.

and getting the five is a very good thing. most just go the three and wrap cloth or foam around 2 littlies. if you're going to do it, do it properly.

emailed Flip this afternoon and ordered them...he is shipping Monday hopefully.
Probably not enough time before HB but at least they will be on the way.

Where did you get your throttle lock thingy from?

They're on ebay, Mittzy. Less than $30 delivered. There's an Aussie one which I got for $15. Not sure it's better (or as good - but for $15.........)
