Crazy ignition skip under load

I bought used coils from Pinwall, no more problems. You description as skip, though, really leans me toward transmission, hopefully I'm wrong

they are showing 4 coils for $35.00, i would be leary about that, if i'm going the over plug way, i would be probably go with OEM coils, I have had issues with some items made from Chineseium and Fallapartium from Amazon
i have these in mine, of course you need 2 sets so you have 2 coils spare but i put about 5k on them, they get GREAT reviews and a landed on them because a friend of mine has them in his daily car that that has about 80K on the clock with those exact coils so .... BTW if you think the chinesium is better in brand names vs cheaper ones.... its hit or miss. i believe these are great.

I will as soon as I figure out how to upload a picture.
I haven't figured out how to upload pictures but found an article in resources: Coil over plug mod ( cop ) for standard coil removal by JSHRAM- May 24, 2018. Several pages and pictures. Many people added to the article. Good article.

I've been using Suzuki coils for a couple years and I'm very happy with the way they perform, bought a second set as spares. Also clears up a lot of room under the tank.
What version (part number) Suzuki coils are you using?

Sorry, they're Yamaha's #F9T558 bought of E-bay
Thanks Gerald, I just ordered a set from Ebay for my R3 that's experiencing the problems described in this thread. My biggest worry was frying the ECU with untested coils. I now feel confident that the R1 coils are a good choice.
