Corbin

Sorry Tex .. I got excited .. you know how it is BTW I think Corbin seats suck ..hahaha

Speaking on the phone today with another member and he asked me what Corbin seat I had as he saw it recently.... I had no clue...
So I popped the seat up for a look and also took some pics to assist in finding out what it really is...
I think it might be a Young Gun as the model says it is a: TR-3-YG..
Your input is welcome... I bought this on ebay for cheap....

I have to do something...going to try out their product and if it doesn't work out I will sell it and it's off to Russell daylong

Have you tried the beads?
Sure worked wonders for me!

Surprisingly comfortable @Mittzy . Does feel hard at first but I didn't give it another thought after the first couple of minutes - except that it's soooooo low, which exaggerated the cramped feeling I get on Roadsters. Really dislike the Roadster peg location; don't know how you blokes put up with it. Anyway, I could probably live with a Corbin.

Not sure how the peg position would feel, luckily I have the classic floorboards. Find it cradles me very nicely in a comfortable supported position. Of course I'm not very tall either and I'm sure that makes a huge difference on the legs. I can say the heights on their seats aren't uniform. My fast gun sits much lower than the dual. They are consistently wide pans though.

Tried to order a Corbin Fast Gun saddle today...made my selections and then when I went to my cart the price for a $393 seat was...wait for it...$4393...WTF? Anybody else had this problem with their site?
Seems to be some sort of Fock You tax at work............

Yes it is low.... But that is combined with the lower shocks.. I am getting standard height Wilbers very soon - Front and back...
I have shorter legs than you - So I guess its just personal choice. When I rode a Standard, I could not change into second properly cos I could not reach (could just have been me never had ridden an R3 before), so when I road a Roadster it seemed to fit just nicely.
