Resale on ZX-14s are typically low so you can get them priced right and most have low mileage. Part of the reason is that insurance on young riders is usually through the roof so they go for the liter bikes which limits the buyers. FWIW - Insurance on my ZX-14 R is the same as the combined total for my other 4 bikes - all with the same coverage limits...

Thanks for the welcome. I took a test ride toddy on a 2012 Roadster with 6600 miles. Awesome power, brakes and good handling for such a big bike. I loved how powerful but smooth the bike is. HOWEVER the ergonomic fit was very bad for me.

For the record I am 5-10 and 190.

I found myself uncomfortable and hunt huntched over. The bars would need to be raised at a minimum.

I really want to like this bike but I am still unsure. I will want to be comfortable a lot more than I will want to roast tires. The Indian may have taken the lead in the competition.

Yes it takes a few weeks of riding to acclimate your muscles to the Rocket riding position. There are not many bikes as long and that have bars as wide. Rivco Rar Risers are a must. They raise and inch and come back 2 inches. Makes all the difference for me.
