Hi guys, i'm an Italian happy owner of a 2007 T Rocket III, Classic.
I had run for 7500 km (4000 ml) with stock pipes and cat. Then my dealer installed cat by pass and TOR's and - obviously - re-mapped the engine management system. Nothing to say: the bike is more powerful and fun. But now, after 3000 km (1800 ml) of amusing noise, my tired ears are making me to think to replace the stock pipes but - carefull! - not the cat bypass.
So the question is: if my dealer re-install original pipes but not the cat by pass, should he re-re-map the engine management system or not? And if yes: in which mode? I mean: should he change the engine man. syst. as it was with cat and stock pipes, or let it as it is just now (no cat and TOR's), OR is there a THIRD mode to re-map the Engine man. syst.?
Anybody could help me?
Thank you very much.
