the wind screen does get hectic at 150 depending on wind speeds and directions. They can cause the death wobble. Because I was in Philly and headed back to central Illinois all I did was drop the hard bags paid my cash and started learning!!! Had a blast first time ever on a bike.

I own a 200 rwhp Carpenterized R3 from two reasons; #1) Because I can, and; #2) Because by the time any assclown that I encounter on the road whom I want to stay as far away from as possible looks in their rearview mirror to see where I am, I'm already 100+ yards in front of them.
I don't know wher the idea came from that the Carpenter 240 kit only makes power at high revs. I have experienced more torque and power from idle on up and I have the dyno charts to prove it. I have overr 160 ft./lbs torque from 2500 rpm on up in a basicaslly, flat line!
My advice is that if you are goiung to do the Carpenter job...do the pistons as well.
Also...40+ mpg even at very illegal speeds which is only a plus.
Did you ever run a ZX14 at the track its not easy to run under 10 seconds even with mods I have buds that own them that never made any runs under 10 seconds on their modded zx14s even after 6 nights at the track Rickey Gadson is the factory backed PRO rider and the fastest guy on the ZX 14
