Just picked up the big girl after a night apart...was feeling sorry for myself until I got chatting to a bloke who was collecting his Standard after a 9 month wait.
Dealer sent the cover away to be milled/proven square and replaced all the bolts, seals etc but was at a loss to explain why the gasket blew again....and it did blow out this time rather than just split like last time. He works on plenty of R3's and reckons mine is the only one he's seen with this issue. I guess time will tell....
