Lostride
Supercharged
I just chucked a new battery in my 2 weeks ago. The old one was bit slow starting on one of the cooler mornings so I had it in the charger overnight but it was still a bit lazy. Like you @Wrecka I don't like leaving it to chance so I got a new one (didn't cost much more than a tow I suppose) and I keep the old one on the tender 24/7 as a stand-by or if anyone needs one in a pinch.I'll be replacing mine shortly not that there's anything wrong with it just don't want to leave it to chance , I'll be putting a gel filled marine battery in like o did with my last bike .
btw I got the Deka gel, made in USA (owned by H-D now I believe) and it seems to be a pretty solid unit. I am sure there are Marine equivalents out there as long as it has the CCA's and isn't made in china.
