British Customs Turn Signal Relocation Brackets
Thats the same setup I have, they didn't require any adapters or relocation kits to install. They don't fit down into the original holes, but sit on top of them just fine and don't move or shake.

I've got those trough with metric blinkers, there is also nut to adjust the position...

I got the Kuryakin billet stems with turn signals and convex glass. The convex glass is VERY important since the mirrors are so small. I've seen the exact same mirrors with flat glass on a co-workers Yamaha, You can't see **** with them, might as well not have mirrors at all.
