Hate to say it but an off adjusted clutch cable shouldn't prevent shifting into the high gears. Sounds more like a transmission problem which should be looked at under warranty.
Just in case though, you can try adjusting the clutch looser so that the cable is tighter (loosen the adjuster lock nut and unscrew the adjustment bolt with the smaller knurl. Try a half turn at a time and test.) This might help if the clutch is set too tight but I don't think that is your problem.
Note, you should be able to power shift without using the clutch at all if the transmission is ok.
If it is a transmission problem it is best to trailer the bike in since you don't want things to disintegrate further and put metal bits into the engine.
