I tried one a while ago. Unless you bolt it to the floor and modify the front piece, you won't get your Rocket into it and it certainly won't hold it. Better off spending a bit more on one that grabs the tyre. Just my opinion.

Les uses on for his rocket just spread the front bracket a bit I think.
 
I got one a while back .. tried to use it to get the front wheel off the ground so I could run a plank under the sump .. the f#ckin bike went arse over tit. Think i'll just use it to clean the wheels on the Speedie from now on. Borrowed a block and tackle to get the Rocket up to remove the front end.
 
yes mine clamps the side of the tyre as it rolls in and I also made a wider front bracket
I am sure with your cutting & welding skills @bruce aussie you can tweek it abit

yes I also recently bought it and will be doing a couple of mods as it is only designed to take narrower wheel but it wont be hard to modifie
