Best tune for K&N's, Sec's Removed, No Cat and Stock Pipes

Hi Folks,
I'm getting ready to go on a long ride in a couple of weeks (a week or so on the road with several hundred miles a day). Right now I have Jardine's and all the above mods, but I'm thinking about swapping back to stock pipes with the bypass to get the noise level down a bit for the trip. The Jard's are really loud (to me at least, I know some will differ) and I think a 10 or 12 hour day with them (even with ear plugs) would be a bit much. I'd also like to get the economy up a bit (under 30 to the gal now, haven't had it on the dyno with the Jard's yet though so that could get better). I think with the stock pipes and above mods I should be able to get 35 ish again would think?
Does anyone have any suggestions on the best tune to use for the above? Should I reconnect the O2 sensor or would that be a bad idea?

If you are going to keep the triple filters on I would not go back. The O2 sensor will just lean the a/f ratio to 14.57 to 1 in the open loop areas.

A lot of work for just ear comfort.?.? I'd leave it all alone and do something else for the ears...maybe sound cancellation device?
