Best Removable Windscreen for a 2005 Rocket3 / Bags / Highway Pegs

Hi guys. I just bought my first Rocket3, a 2005. Very excited to take some trips.
I have searched all over for this, but I can't seem to find definitive source here. I would like a high windscreen (I'm 6.2"), that's removable. There seem to be a number of different models of windscreens compatible with different modes (Roadster, Cruiser, etc...), I just don't know which ones will fit my bike.
I also want to get bags and highway pegs (but I'd rather not install a crash bar.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I heard of one member installed some hyway pegs from a Gold Wing.

IMHO it is FOOLISH not to have engine guards.
One minor low side can rip open your engine case - it has happened!

Yep engine guards are exactly that, not really crash bars as they used to be called ,even a little whoopsie in the carpark can end up damaging the engine cases, foot boards and gear and brake peddles ,because of the weight of the Rockets , also if you do have to pick up your Rocket after a low speed fall over, the bars make a better grab handle than the handle bars particularly if somebody is helping you ,not sure how effective they are at higher speed laydowns .don't want to find out!

My 2005 doesn't have a removable windshield unless you want to unbolt it. Be interested in knowing if there is one on the market that adapts so you can remove it.... I have the Triumph Summer Screen and like it a lot.....
