Just ordered Tall back rest, pad and luggage rack from NCY. I have to say calling him it was easy. I called the Triumph dealer in Daytona Beach, not that easy. I had to talk the parts lady through the steps. She had no idea what she was doing. Maybe she was helping out? This has been my experience with most of the dealers around here.
I also saved about $120 dealing with NCY. The part should arrive Monday.
