Angry Screen has arrived :)

30 minutes install tops, easy peasy, just takes a little fiddling to get everything where it wants to sit and centered. Also, it leaves plenty of room to reach a gloved hand in mess with the key (which I still need to relocate to put my datalogger in there)

Come January I'll be pulling all of the chrome/polished SS pieces off and getting them powder coated black :p

Paint it matte black and it will blend in with your bike better. My Triumph fly screen was shiny black so I had it painted matte and it looks better now. Just a suggestion however. The Daytona is looking good too. I'm going to get me a Nexx helmet one of these days. I still cant get over that one fellow saying the Nexx helmets are loud with wind noise. With the way the chin skirt and neck skirt it would seem it would be much better than most helmets our there.

Daytona's just a Speed Triple for colder climates :D bloke in local hardware store told me he painted his helmet with KILLRUST brand paint , reckons it's the best flat black paintjob he's ever achieved out of a can. Imagine it would be the same on any plastic surface.

I like the look of the Angry Screen better than the standard fly screen. Rode a Rocket with one (angry screen) on once and the buffetting almost sent me deaf; made me feel quite woozy actually. I do like the look though. I stopped at a crossing and a small kid walking in front of the bike pointed at the screen and said "Batman". Pretty funny at the time.

I wonder if adding a longer spacer piece that the mounting bolts run through to increase the angle of attack would move the airflow off your helmet? Sometimes very small adjustments can payoff big time.

Have yet to ride with it on... started on the bottle a little early today :)

Will give it a thorough evaluation tomorrow. As it is, because of my height it looks like the wind will hit right on or just below my face. Really, I don't give a **** where it lands, I have a pretty high tolerance for buffeting. I thought about painting it flat black, but then I run into the one issue I HATE about flat black... you cant really get stuff of it easily. I plan on leaving it glossy for a bit to see how much stuff (bugs) builds up on it, if its not bad ill paint it. Flat black, I love how it looks.... on other peoples vehicles, I will never do it again :/

About the Nexx - Do not recommend with CES setup, well at least the 2 1/4 with a little longer muffler. The exhaust note is just right to resonate inside the helmet. My Nexx is actually louder than my half helmet because of the resonance inside it.
