I have TOR's exhausts with Triumph map, I have since removed the 'cat'. I have read on the forum of the dangers of using TORS without the map causing lean running & therefore a chance of burning out pistons, valves ect. Do I run this danger by running the cat by pass without the new map to account for it. Also when I do remap using 'tuneecu' how long will it take to upload it to the ECU? I only need to know so that I wont go switching off before it's completed, if it's more than a few minutes should I remove the fuse for the headlights before starting.:eek::rolleyes: Thanks guys I know the answers are out there & they move around you. PS does anyone have the AFR for the TORS with map but with cat still fitted, I have my data from a dyno run but taken after cat removed, should have had it done before as well, running at 14.3 at 3000 revs 12.5 at 3500 revs 14.3 at 4300 revs then drops to 13.5 at 5200 revs with a bit of a squiggle, wish I could show this graph as a picture - worth 1000 words apparently.

You won't harm the bike in the short run.. you will get alot of popping on decel because you're running lean, but you will be fine for a bit.

Loading a map from TuneECU or TuneBoy, or whatever is instantaneous. It will take however long it takes you to hook the cable up between your bike and computer.. and then upload the new tune to your ECU..

Yes, they will kill your bike, just give them to me and problem solved:D:D
