A little surprised fuel filter condition

HOW CLEAN THE FILTER IS BASED ON HOW CLEAN THE GAS U PUT IN IT. SORRY CAPS
in order to get a good view u also cut the other end off and unfold the paper then u can see what is in the filter especially after it dries.
 
also i point the filter down in a pan and put some air into it and some times there is a lot of crap that comes out.(cars and trucks.)
 
You're telling me? Gas and the conditions of the tanks at the stations plays a big part. Here in Southeastern Oklahoma neither are very good.
