As @AzRocketman said.... Remove the ***fill*** plug with bike level and see how much runs out. Easier, faster (seconds), and more reliable than hoping the dealer admits they overfilled.

Might happen from replacing the level plug before the oil gets a chance to settle and stop running out?

just a thought
they may lay it on its side and put a bunch of lube in it so as to overfill it
as journeyman said take the fill plug out and let it seek the correct level

About 50 - 70ml spilled from fill plug, hopefully this should fix the issue. Does anyone know how much oil does it take?

Doesn't sound like much, but that with what already leaked out- could be it

170 ML. According to the service manual. The procedure for changing the oil says to just fill it to the bottom of the top hole.

HI , My rocket 3 GT is doing the same , what was the outcome at the dealer ???

My Rocket 3gt did this after 600mls service, Dealer had overfilled with new oil. Drain and refill sorted problem.
