Chris what about a V7 lemans looks kind of like a canyon carver? I was just at a Triumph/Guzzi dealer today and seen a used one which resembles the one Idaho Red rocket was thinking of buying.

The V7 is in deed - but I can't live with Clip-Ons any more. I'd want low rise SuperBike bars at least. So if I had to modify - I'd go for a Daytona. Or a Centauro.

If I were to get ANOTHER LeMans it would be a LeMansII from the Early '80's. No ruddy electronics.

Back in the mid '80's I did Birmingham to my parents on one with a modified motor. 120miles - 1.5 hours - NO motorways/highways. The same roads on my R3 - cant get close. OK there is more traffic. But drifting an R3 on gravel strewn blind bends is really not enjoyable.
