2006 rocket three classic misfire

I pulled my bike out. Had it running for a minute and warming up getting ready to take a ride and suddenly started Misfiring ignition was changed a year ago. Can’t find any loose wires. Everything seems fine. Was tuned up less than a year ago. Any ideas?

Of course it could be many things, but I'd check the small coil wires aren't loose (crimp and reinsert). Next, and probably more likely, would be cracked vacuum hoses or caps.

I check map lines and map pressures for a back fire coming out of intake.

Don't forget the old bad gasoline gremlin. I had my 2005 Standard do that and it required pulling the fuel rail and cleaning that and the fuel tank to get it to run right. Not saying that's your problem, but it's an easy check. open the filler and smell the dead dinosaurs. If it smells like gasoline, you're good, if it smells like a chemical plant, bad news.

If it seems like it is dropping on one cylinder u can use a thermal heat gun to find out which one. Using finger is a bad idea lol
