2.5L Rocket Stroker Engine Kit with 6 Speed Transmission (R&D)

I made a quick excel spreadsheet with numbers rounded off to the "5"s.

Stock - Stroker R III R.JPG

Stroker Peak: HP 135.2 @ 5763 rpm / TQ 162.1 @ 3077 rpm

Stock Peak: HP 123.5 @ 5932 rpm / TQ 144.9 @ 3137 rpm

Arto was the ECU re-tuned by the dyno tuner for the stock Stroker or was it left alone ?

Do you plan to do some intake/exhaust mods and re-tune ?

What would a RamAir intake, TORs, Cat Eliminator, Header, Cams, Pistons do to the numbers ?

Would larger fuel injectors be beneficial ?

Ok, two questions-
1. What happened to the chick on the bike at the beginning of the video, can we get some more pics of her?
2. Was that a Padron cigar?

I'm sure we could dig out a few yes :)
It is a Montecristo No. 4 Cuba cigar

The tuner finalised the fuelling via the PCV.
I had already done the ECU map wrt ignition timing.

Next step will be Carpenterising the 2.5L. I have a 240 kit on my other engine.

Now I believe the 2.5L stroker kit will add 12.5% torque and 10% power on top of any kit currently available for the 2.3L bike, throughout the entire rpm range.

Once you hit around 230whp you will need larger injectors..

That answers my question. Having 275 hp & just over 200 tq with a NA motor would be sick. Would the injectors from my 265 kit be enough? Would the 9000 rpm limit be safe with the stroked motor?

You'd have the most powerful and torquiest NA Rocket in the world.

What size injectors do you have?
I'd imagine the 60lb ones would be fine.

Re 9000rpm, well iirc the 9000rpm engines are 28m/s piston speed, which is over the 25m/s that OEM manufacturers seem to limit themselves too.
But these 9000rpm engines are race engines.
If you go 2.5L with a 9000rpm motor, piston speed will be about 30m/s speed iirc.

I'd have to call Carpenter to find out what injectors they put in.
