Steve I found it usefull to just snug it up on the bars so that you can move it with a bit of force, then ride the bike and adjust as your are riding. also are you sure it is 18"x18" as windvest only lisy 16"X16"for the Rocket. also if you want it higher just flip the mounts, this will give you an extra inch or so in hight..

I have the 16" shield,I adjusted the rake of the screen even with forks then adjusted the height to what worked for me,I believe that screen is actualy a 16"x18" just a longer version of the standard screan,All you can do is keep adjusting the height and the rake till it works,The mounts can also be mounted upside down on the bars for more adjustment range.

Check ceebailey's they have a replacement shield for the Windvest, It's listed as a Honda Rune replacement, and it's 20" Wide and up to 19" tall. I bought it and told them not to drill the holes, since I wanted to mount it in a specific location. Their service is excellent and they make a great product.CeeBaileys

Red this was made by<www.eaglescreens.com.au> in Perth custom fitted for the Princely sum of A$375. You will notice an upward kick on the top of the screen this seems to throw all the air over the top. They are very helfull and will design anything you request. They also make screens for the WA police. Worth a try.

Regards

Mike

I am an old prick and love it. Look at the different curve in the to 4 inches, the top of the screen barley hits your chin. The distortion is only a problem if you are looking for wombats or leprecharns.

Cheers Mike
