Why the Rocket over T-Bird

Torque

TORQUE, TORQUE, and TORQUE. The best three reasons for me. The R3T is my choice just for the handeling. It is also very smooth. But each of us likes our own thing.
Good Luck

Thanks all for the info. The T-bird is probably the perfect bike for my situation. Looks, performance, versatility...! Everytime I swing by the Local Triumph dealer I sit on the T-bird and say this feels just like my America (which I found to be a great bike), then I sit on the Rocket and realize that it is the wrong bike for me...which is why I want it!
That's it .... fight the urge to just buy a bike because it's the biggest or most powerfull. Get what fits and feels comfortable ... it's a marriage that's gonna cost you dearly when you decide to end it. Pick the right one the first time.

First "new" Triumph I rode was an America. If only it had about 500 - 1000 more cc's I'd have bought one. Best cruiser riding position (for what I wanted); better even than a TBird IMO. TBird handles better though and obviously goes better. Man, if only they made something that goes like an R3, handles like a TBird and has the riding set up of an America. That would be something. And I reckon you'd agree.

They do look like they could have room for a much bigger motor don't they? Maybe 2400cc Jugs and big pistons like the R3?
