Rokform works well for me, but you've got to use their case too. Not sure if they have a case for your phone, but I can say their bike mount is rock solid, so to speak.

Since my old geezer Motorcycle has Bluetooth I just put the phone anywhere I want, pocket, trunk, saddlebags, and listen to the directions through the speakers!
Bluetooth is cheap and comes with everything these days. I got this to fit perfectly with my 1.5" Thunderbike T bars with a couple of indicator fork clamps to replace the 22mm cheapies that came with m/cycle radio below.
Got a similar one on eBay from China with heaps of extra 1" RAM type mounts and options too. Go for Model A which gives 2 ball mounts systems and only about US$16 delivered free. Quality is great and equal to some Branded RAM stuff I have at a quarter the cost.
This is what I am using at the moment with a Galaxy 6S, I have modified it by notching the back so the camera can be used also the fingers can be adjusted not to hit any buttons. Its bigger and ugly but works well. RAM Mounts Finger Grip Holder And Socket Arm
I realize this is a month old and maybe no one cares but... I just recently got an iomounts NOMAD magnetic mount and it works a treat. You'd think it would fly off but it doesn't.
The stainless disk does have to be attached directly to the phone though.

I tried the Ram mounts with my Galaxy S7, and had the same problem.
A friend gave me a Shark Tank mounted holder
Mine has been tested to over 165 mph (closed course with professional rider. DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME ) I am happy with it.
