Which isogrips for RIIIR? 6236 or 6240?

Yeah, I've been looking at options - Avon makes some nice grips, with built-in heat. But keep coming back to Iso-grips with the contoured throttle boss and the optional bar-end weights.
 


This is how I went about it. I'm not mechanically inclined but I managed to get everything back together. Made the throttle return a little too tight the first time and so I had a trip or two where I got some weird throttle behavior when I hit bumps, but a quick adjustment of the cables again fixed it up.
 
Throttle boss a little lever that allows you to use the palm of your hand to maintain throttle location rather than the normal clench and twist. That way your hand wont get tired as quickly...

Never tried one myself, but I've heard people who ride mostly dense urban areas don't care for them or take them off in the city because the device can make frequent throttle adjustments difficult.
