53 year vintage myself, younger and sweater but yet to mature.

I got the impression they were talking of the year 57 rather than the age 57 but I could be wrong.
That still puts you as the younger of the group, but only just.

Or am I getting yours wrong and you were born in 1953. I'm all confused.

Year 1959 53years in April 2012 so close now hardly worth worrying about.
