What's The Difference

OHHH YEAH!!!!
And there is Warp's Supercharger, This weapon of mass acceleration!!!!

Almost right. There are Standards (or just R IIIs) as well - which I have. These are the fastest ones, especiually any that aren't black (except the engine), with pegs and flatter bars than the Classic. Both of these have more forward controls/pegs/boards than the Roadster and therefore more of "cruiser" riding position. Roadster has you sitting straight up with legs more or less straight down - lord knows why.

Classic has 2 tone paint. There was also an R III Tourer which has a silver motor (like the older RIIIs) and bags etc - not to be confused with the Touring. I think the Tourer was put together in '07 with all sorts of touring goodies so Triumph could get rid of the left over silver engines when they went to black in the Standard and Classic models.

Roadster has ABS and claimed more power than the Std/Classic but this doesn't seem to be reflected in fact or feedback. Touring has less power than the other models but is perhaps more tractable on a trip - or so the theory goes.

Richard, I agree with everything you have said here except the fastest one cos red on,es are phucking slower.
