What synthetic Oil to use?

Oil

Lots of bikers I know use Rotella T6 , it is JASO-MA rated and therefor means its approved for motorcycle wet clutch applications.
Ive been using Rotella dino and now synth for years on my bikes and never had oil related problems with engines.
Its for heavy duty diesel engines, if it can handle those then it can handle a bike engine.
Just my opinion, whatever works for everyone is fine too.

turbo deisel oils are low in friction modifiers and high in wear inhibitors. I have used them before.

I recently put regular synthetic Mobil1 15-50 in mine, and am maybe noticing an occasional missed shift. If it seems to persist (not just carelessness), I may change it out.

Good Advice

I went with Mobile One 4T 10w-40, and I ordered a M1-110 filter even though the site says it won't fit! Thanks for the input everyone! ;)

I don't normally Change oil brands the triumph dealer talked me into using castroll 1 gps 10 w40 part synthetic they reckon triump will not warranty any of ther bikes that they sell if they don't use this .sounds like a load of crap to me, I usually use the fully synthetic .hopefully it will be ok

This has gotta be BULL $hit.
My dealer specifically emphasized to me after 500 miles dump and refill with FULL SYN.
Just my 2 cents . . .
