At last!
I was able to source the replacement bolts, seals, and replaced all of them. The cam cover gasket in and of itself didn’t leak a bit so I left what wasn’t broken in place.
All bolts and seals were replaced in sequence with the correct torque values and voila! No more oil seepage.
I believe the cause was when the cover was removed to replace cams and the like, the bolt seals were never replaced and just reused.
