Weapon - R Pics

Mine has lasted quite well even after some rather abrupt dropping of the front wheel back down to the ground. No problems. Love my canister. Will take pics today.

And, really... Being upset at a product failing during operation is one thing, but complaining after YOU break it is questionable at the least. After all...the walls of the canister are cast or extruded aluminum. Of course the wall is going to break if you torque a bolt even slightly against it. Did you think the corners of the bolt would round off before the canister wall cracked? Not sure if I would have admitted doing that. Meant in the kindest of ways...just a little poke.

Seriously? The walls on this thing are so weak I never even felt the bolt HIT them, and I was putting the bolt in with a screwdriver w/ a bit on it, not a wrench, wasn't torquing it hardly at all. Never even knew it went through, no indication of bottoming out, etc. Bolts went clean through like BUTTER> I expected something a LITTLE tougher for 50+ bucks.

I just relocated the plastic one to under the seat. Took no time at all and cost nothing - just swapped the hoses over. A Stebel horn lives in its place now, tucked away under the cut bear claw. Guess it depends what look you're after. Functionally, ye olde plastic works fine.

I am probably going to tuck it under the seat for now, but I found some SS Tubing (1 3/4 I think) in my shop, and I think I'm going to weld something up to use as a puke tank.

Anyone know if it's safe to use a tank lined with epoxy (like gas tanks are) for a puke tank? I dunno if that stuff is antifreeze safe or not.
