Water Pump Weep Hole Leak

At first I thought Steels was the water pump, but it turned out to be the rear hose right in the back it had a stone get trapped between the clutch cover and the hose. Right in the arced area of the cover. Of course his was a OEM hose. I'm thinking Reds bike has the Samco hoses which should be stronger or I just wasted money on a set. Mine has what looks to be a stone hole also. But they're original 2007 hoses. I hope his turns out to be a hose problem. Look at it closely you might get lucky.

Thanks Warp. I tightened all hose clamps on my Samco hoses, cleaned off all the crud under there. Made a thorough inspection. I warmed up the engine and watched it drip out of the weep hole. No other leaks anywhere.

How did the tiny copper washer look?

Is the small copper washer still there or good?

Tiny washer is good and sealing tight. No leaks anywhere other than the weep hole.

Copy a little leakage from the weep hole, I understand that all to well.
