Water pump hoses

Hello everyone I have recently purchased a 2009 R3 Touring. I’m going to put a tachometer on it and the tachometer also monitors coolant temperature. In order to do so I am going to install a sensor in one of the water pump hoses. Does anyone know the inside diameter of those hoses in millimetres so I can order the correct adapter?

Below is the electrical parts page showing the water temperature sensor, it's item #23:

Check the two sensors and see how close they are to each other.
You may be able to add resistance to make them real close.
If you are feeding voltage back it might not work

You can buy a setup that plugs into your obd2 plug that will read temp & also does speedo & volts
