unlock code

Ok, so I broke down and bought the tuneboy software, installed it and have it talking to the bike, how long does it take to get your unlock code from tuneboy? I sent it about 6 o'clock Thursday night and didn't receive it yet, I thought it usually takes a couple of hours or so.

Who knows. Wait until you send them an email with a technical question - you're more likely to hit the lottery than get a response.

Well I found that out too, I sent them a question Wednesday night when I was having a problem, and haven't heard from them, I was under the impression that they were pretty good about returning email especially for the unlock code, I was hoping to have this done for the weekend.

You probably suspected someone would come along and tell you to be patient...right?... Wayne is a strange seed in that he is either very busy or sometimes gets bored with his life in Tuneboy...

He will get back to you......but in his own time frame...

As Pig9r (and DougL) well remember....I don't think anyone who had more problems than me even getting TuneBoy to work once I installed it some months ago...but I will say that Brian, Doug and Wayne at TuneBoy stuck with me over several emails....and more days than I wanted to wait to work through the problem.

The wait will be a fond memory soon.....Good luck...when you get her cranked up...S.B.
