The Tuneecu author says that unchecking the O2 sensor box just prevents throwing a code when you disconnect the sensor. Years ago, the Tuneboy author said you had to disconnect the sensor to prevent closed loop. This sensor will not affect max hp and tq. But it may lean it out at zero and low throttle, causing popping on decel. You can tune out the popping with a PCV by adding trims from 10-20% in the zero throttle column. With Tuneecu, you have to find the MAPs that correspond to zero throttle with the bike under load on a dyno and then add the appropriate trims to the L tables at those MAPs. Your tuner will read those MAPs in Tuneecu. You might get 150 hp but the big restriction in your system is still the stock header. I’m not sure what the scavenging is like with a muffler directly behind the pipe coming of the headers but I would guess that the torque curve will be shifted to higher rpms.
