This value is for the fully open throttle position.

If this value is outside the tolerance, it must be corrected at the adjustment screw from ISCV

I believe this post is where the confusion started. When Tom is saying "fully open throttle position" he means opened as far as the idle stepper motor can open it. Not wide open like you would do with the throttle.

OK my English is not really good.
To avoid any misunderstanding, it may be better if you for a better understanding of the setting-operations, you read the original T-service-manual also
( e.g. Chapter 11.193 - 11.199 --- in the sevice manual issue 09.2007).
In this manuel the process is described with the T-diagnosis device. This description certainly helps to better understand the interrelationships and the individual
adjustment steps in order to implement this then in TuneECU.
