Unless something has changed since I did it you download Penner's Map to device and then upload using TuneECU and drive off smil'n.
Note: Don't manually reset adaptations. Read up on this first here and elsewhere...
I've done lots of research on flashing the Penner tune and there seem to be discrepancies between different people. Once the flash is complete and you go into the adjustments where we do NOT reset adaptations, are there any check boxes that need to be checked here or elsewhere such as any ETV...
Well I just finished doing the EVT3 and the last three columns up to 100 but I was reading on the unrestricted penner tune. The. Hex file and it said don't just load that file. Copy and paste each one which seems like a pain in the ass. So what would you suggest just downloading the unrestricted Penner hex file for my bike and loading it? I'm sure it will be a lot better than just changing the last three columns since his adjusts air fuel and such. Would I be correct? Thanks for the help!

@RichB manually fiddling with the map is way beyond my ability and I am certain that I just loaded his map. BUT, I'd wait for someone else to confirm that in case something has changed, although I seriously doubt it. Someone will be along shortly, I'm sure, to confirm that you just load his tune and roll. Once you do I'm sure that you'll also be impressed with the difference.

If your base map is 31249, then the attached Penner map is for your GT. It's on tuneecu.net as a zip file. You can compare this to the stock 31249 to see the changes Penner made. Remember not to do reset adapt.
